Does the Geeetech A10 Pro 3D printer work with SimplyPrint, OctoPrint, Mainsail and Fluidd?
Each way of connecting it, what it needs, and how to set it up.
Like the A10: Geeetech's A10/A20 line runs Marlin on the GT2560 with a USB port. The Pro's firmware and USB port are not confirmed by a Geeetech source.

Connected through OctoPrint, SimplyPrint is expected to support everything the Geeetech A10 Pro lets other software do: the camera and AI failure detection, remote printing, temperature and movement control and AutoPrint. 3 features depend on how it's set up: the table says what each needs.

What slicer to use for the Geeetech A10 Pro
None of the slicers in SimplyPrint's cloud has a ready-made profile for the Geeetech A10 Pro, but it takes standard G-code: start from a similar printer's profile and set the bed size, height and nozzle to match.
We only list slicers you can use in the SimplyPrint cloud, so there may be others for the Geeetech A10 Pro.
Cloud-Based Slicer for Geeetech A10 Pro
All supported slicers - directly in your browser with SimplyPrint's online cloud slicer. No installation required. Slice your Geeetech A10 Pro models from any device, anywhere in the world!
Automatic Profile Updates: Profiles are automatically checked and fetched from the slicer GitHub repositories every day, as well as from our own open-source community-driven slicer profile database. This ensures you always have access to the latest profiles.
Note: Other slicers, such as Simplify3D, ideaMaker, SuperSlicer and KISSlicer, aren't in our cloud, so we don't track their profiles. They may still work well with your Geeetech A10 Pro: check the slicer's own documentation or forums for a profile. You can also contribute profiles to our open-source slicer profile database on GitHub.
The app for the Geeetech A10 Pro
SimplyPrint works as the Geeetech A10 Pro's app: on your phone and in any browser, with a slicer in the cloud.
There's no plate swapper or auto-ejection kit for the Geeetech A10 Pro in SimplyPrint yet, but AutoPrint can still keep it printing: once the plate is clear, it starts the next job from your queue.
Ways to automate it
Your own ejection G-codeWrite the routine that clears your plate, and AutoPrint runs it after every print.

What filament can the Geeetech A10 Pro print?
Filament compatibility for the Geeetech A10 Pro: the materials it can handle, judged from its hotend, bed, chamber and enclosure.
Filament
Suitability
Notes
PLA
Great
The easiest filament to print. Works on almost any printer; a heated bed helps adhesion but is not required.
PETG
Great
Comfortably in range (PETG likes a ~230-250C hotend and a ~70-85C bed).
TPU & flexibles
With care
Possible, but a Bowden extruder makes flexibles harder - print slowly and prefer firmer (higher-shore) TPU.
ABS & ASA
With care
The bed is hot enough, but ABS and ASA warp without an enclosure, which is strongly recommended for clean prints.
Nylon (PA)
With care
Possible with care - an enclosure and very dry filament are essential.
Polycarbonate (PC)
Not ideal
Not recommended - PC needs very high hotend temps and an enclosed chamber.
Carbon-fiber & glass-filled
With care
Possible if you fit a hardened or wear-resistant nozzle - the abrasive fibers quickly wear a stock brass nozzle.
Tip: this is a general guide from the printer's specs - always check your filament's recommended settings. With SimplyPrint you can save a profile for each spool and track exactly what filament you have in stock.

Geeetech (HK GETECH Co., Limited, with its office at Shenzhen Getech Technology) is a Chinese 3D printer and filament maker that says it has worked on 3D printers since 2011. It made a long line of budget printers, from Prusa i3 kits through the A10/A20/A30, Mizar and Thunder series, and now sells the compact M1 and M1S for children and beginners alongside a large filament range.

Mostly open, with a caveat: the older printers came with published Marlin source and schematics, while the current M1 line has closed firmware but still runs locally with any filament and open slicers.
Firmware and custom firmware ●●●●●
Geeetech published Marlin-based firmware source and board schematics for its earlier printers on GitHub (Geeetech3D) and its download centre, including open-source files for the Mizar S updated until 2024. For the current M1 and M1S it offers firmware binaries only; we found no source.
[11][12][9][7]
Local control and integrations ●●●●●
The M1 Mini prints from a TF card or over USB with no account. The M1S adds Wi-Fi and the Geeetech app for printing from its model library 'anywhere', a remote feature that runs through Geeetech's app. Geeetech documents no network interface for other software, and for these models it offers only firmware binaries.
[4][5][8]
Third-party filament, slicers and parts ●●●●●
Any 1.75 mm filament (PLA and TPU on the M1), and Geeetech publishes Cura and OrcaSlicer profiles for it. Nozzles and hot-end parts for the M1 are Geeetech's own, sold in its store.
[4][7][10]
Repairs and spare parts ●●●●●
Geeetech sells M1 parts (hotbed, nozzles, hot-end components, PEI plate) and posts videos on replacing the nozzle and the motherboard; schematics for older boards are published.
[10][7][9]
Community and documentation ●●●●●
A long-running wiki, a download centre with manuals, firmware, profiles and videos per model, and GitHub repositories. Independent coverage of the current M1 line is scarce.
[13][6][11]
Pros
Inexpensive compact printers aimed at children and beginners.
Any 1.75 mm filament, with Cura and OrcaSlicer profiles published.
Spare nozzles, hotbeds and hot-end parts for the M1, plus repair videos.
Downloads (manuals, firmware) kept online for printers going back many years.
Cons
No published firmware source for the current M1 and M1S.
The M1S's remote printing runs through Geeetech's phone app; we found no privacy terms covering the app.
Small 100 x 110 x 100 mm build volume on the M1.
Little independent testing of the current models that we could find.
Track record
