These terms apply to every SimplyPrint giveaway. The General Terms below apply across the board; each promotion below has its own card with the specifics (prize, dates, eligible countries, sponsor) that override the General Terms where they differ.

These General Terms apply to every giveaway run by SimplyPrint. When a giveaway is active, the specifics (prize, dates, eligible countries, sponsor) are listed at the top of this page, and those specifics override these general terms where they differ.
No purchase or paid SimplyPrint subscription is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or subscription does not increase your chances of winning. Where the entry method involves a free SimplyPrint account, signing up for a free account is the no-cost entry path.
An alternative entry method is also available without using any third-party platform. To enter without using the in-app or social-media entry flow, email [email protected] with the subject line of the giveaway name, and include your full name, email address, country of residence, and confirmation that you are 18 or older. Alternative entries must be received before the entry period ends and carry the same odds of winning as entries submitted through the normal entry flow. Limit: one entry per person.
Open to natural persons aged 18 or older at the time of entry, resident in the countries listed in the Current Promotion card. Employees and immediate family members of SimplyPrint ApS and of the named partner are not eligible. Promotions are not open to school-managed student accounts. Where entry is made through a SimplyPrint account, only the primary account owner of that account may enter.

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. We keep a timestamped record of entries and the draw process for audit.
Prizes are awarded "as is". Manufacturer warranty (if any) ships with the product. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except at our sole discretion. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Winners are notified using the channels listed in the Current Promotion card. We may ask the winner to verify their identity, eligibility and the entry steps they claimed to complete (for example, verifying an Instagram follow). A winner who does not respond within 7 days of being contacted forfeits the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
After the draw, the winner can choose how they are credited publicly: by first name and country (e.g. "Anna from Denmark"), by social handle (e.g. "@username"), or anonymously (e.g. "Winner from Denmark, wishes to remain anonymous"). We will only publish what the winner agrees to at prize-claim time.
Personal data collected from entrants is processed by SimplyPrint ApS (Denmark), and by the partner named in the Current Promotion card if applicable, for the sole purposes of administering the giveaway, verifying entries, and contacting winners. Entry data is deleted within the retention period stated in the Current Promotion card after the winner is announced. Newsletter subscription is never bundled with entry; it is an entirely separate, optional opt-in. Shipping is covered by the sponsor unless the Current Promotion card says otherwise. Any taxes, duties or customs charges on the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Where legally required, we will issue the appropriate tax documentation.
Where a promotion uses a third-party platform (Instagram, Facebook, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, or another platform named in the Current Promotion card), that platform is not a sponsor of, party to, or administrator of the promotion. By entering, you release each named platform from any liability connected to the promotion. You agree that you are providing your information to SimplyPrint ApS and the partner named in the Current Promotion card, not to the platform.
If a promotion is entered or promoted through YouTube, entries must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines. Non-compliant entries may be disqualified.
We may modify or cancel a promotion if fraud, technical failure, or other factors outside our reasonable control make it unfair or impossible to run as advertised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SimplyPrint ApS, the named partner and their respective officers, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from a promotion, including the use, misuse or inability to use any prize. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are resolved by the competent Danish courts, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in the entrant's country of residence provides otherwise.
