We do not store PHI. HIPAA not applicable — included for transparency.

Handled entirely by Stripe (Level 1 provider). We never store card data.

Schools & Student Data

SimplyPrint serves educational institutions worldwide with specialized compliance for student data protection:

FERPA Aligned
We act as a "school official" under FERPA when serving educational institutions. We only use student data to provide the service and do not sell, share, or analyze it outside that context.
COPPA Aligned
If students under 13 use SimplyPrint, the school must ensure parental consent. We do not track, profile, or market to students.
eduGAIN Member
We're part of eduGAIN, an interfederation service that connects identity federations around the world. This enables seamless and secure authentication for educational institutions across Europe and beyond.

Student Data Handling Practices

  • We store names and email addresses for identification and login only.
  • We do not send marketing emails to students.
  • When using SSO (SAML), email is optional — we may only receive name/username.
  • Print files may include coursework and are stored securely.
  • We do not collect grades or academic evaluations.
  • We never sell any user data — not student data, not usage data, nothing.
