Can I add more printers later?
Yes. Pro includes 5 printers and can scale up to 10. Print Farm and Education can scale higher.
If I add another printer six months in, do I pay for the months before?
No. You only pay for the days you actually have the printer. Add a printer mid-period and we pro-rate the charge from the day you add it; remove one and we credit the days you no longer have it. Same for user slots.
What happens if I don't use all my add-on printer or user slots?
Nothing's wasted. Our fair billing policy credits unused add-on slots back on your next invoice, pro-rated by time. A printer counts as inactive after 28 days without a print, and empty user slots are credited for the days they sat empty. Available on Pro, Print Farm, Education and Enterprise.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No credit card required for the free trial or the Free plan.
Can schools sign up without talking to sales?
Yes. Schools, libraries and makerspaces can start on their own, or book a demo if they want help.
Do you support districts and universities?
Yes. Larger institutions can contact us for procurement, legal review, SLA, onboarding and custom agreements.
What is the difference between Print Farm and Enterprise?
Print Farm is for running printers with teams, shared files, automation and maintenance tools. Enterprise adds security, compliance, audit logs, SLA, dedicated support and procurement features.
What is the difference between Education and Enterprise?
Education is for schools, libraries, universities and makerspaces - many users, approval workflows and shared student environments. Enterprise is for security, compliance and organizational controls. Larger education customers may need a District / Enterprise Education setup.
Are there discounts for students?
Yes. Students get a discount on Basic and Pro. Contact us with proof of eligibility.
What currencies do you support?
We support USD, EUR, GBP, DKK, CAD and AUD. The currency is set automatically based on your account's billing country: EUR for most of Europe, GBP for the UK, USD for the US, CAD for Canada, AUD for Australia, and DKK for Denmark. Other countries default to USD. Your currency is locked once the account is created and can't be changed afterwards.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid plans can be cancelled anytime.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes, first purchases are covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee.
Can I run more than one location on one login?
Yes. From the top-right account switcher, admins on a paid plan can add a new location at any time, and you'll switch between them in one click. Each location is its own subscription with its own billing, printers, filament inventory and team, and there's no shared multi-location discount.
