Need a DPA or FERPA Acknowledgement? Just let us know!

US K-12 districts: SimplyPrint has already signed the SDPC / TEC multi-state NDPA for districts in MA, ME, CO, IL, IA, MO, NH, NE, NJ, OH, RI, TN, VT, VA and WA. Eligible districts can subscribe via the General Offer of Privacy Terms (Exhibit E), so there is no need to renegotiate. Other states (including NY) and international schools can request a custom DPA.

Printer Setup

Once you and your IT department are ready, the setup begins! SimplyPrint is super easy to set up. Depending on what printers you have, the setup differs a bit.

(Optional): SSO Setup

Many educational institutions use Single Sign-On (SSO) for their systems. We support SSO integration via SAML, making it easy for your users to access SimplyPrint with their existing institutional credentials.
SSO setup methods:
  • InCommon InCommon Federation members - SimplyPrint is a member of InCommon.
  • eduGAIN eduGAIN & WAYF members - SimplyPrint is a member of eduGAIN via WAYF
  • Google Workspace
  • Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure AD)
  • Clever Clever - SimplyPrint is verified with Clever
  • UNI-Login UNI-Login - Danish educational login provider
  • Auth0
  • Any SAML 2.0 compatible provider (most are: it's industry-standard)

Process Complete!

Finally, once you're ready, we send you an invoice for a month or year, paid however you'd like, and the process is now finished!
