You, a teacher, admin or faculty member of a school reach out to us, or self-signup for an account. We offer both city/municipality/district-wide deals (at a discounted rate) or single-school deals.

Explore/Demo Meeting & 30-Day Trial Period

Either you're a self-starter and just want to explore the platform on your own, or we book a demo meeting: we talk about your needs, show you the platform, answer any questions you - or any colleague who wishes to also join - might have, and give you a quote on the spot.

Printer Setup

Once you and your IT department are ready, the setup begins! SimplyPrint is super easy to set up. Depending on what printers you have, the setup differs a bit.

(Optional): SSO Setup

Many educational institutions use Single Sign-On (SSO) for their systems. We support SSO integration via SAML, making it easy for your users to access SimplyPrint with their existing institutional credentials.
Supported SSO providers:
  • Google Workspace
  • Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure AD)
  • eduGAIN & WAYF (for European & Nordic schools)
  • Auth0
  • Any SAML 2.0 compatible provider (most are: it's industry-standard)
