Yes. Set an IP allow-list (single IPs or CIDR ranges, IPv4 and IPv6), require approved devices, or combine both, and choose what's blocked off-network: everything, just starting prints, print actions, or camera feeds. In practice, printing only works from inside your building or VPN. Owners stay exempt so you can't lock yourself out. See security practices.
Self-hosting is available to select Enterprise customers, subject to a technical and commercial agreement; the managed cloud is the standard, self-serve service. Infrastructure, networking, updates and support are scoped with your IT team. Do not assume that self-hosted also means air-gapped: disconnected requirements need a technical review.
