This includes, but is not limited to, activities outside the scope of 3D printing management or any misuse that could negatively impact the service or other users.
Users are responsible for their own actions and content while using the SimplyPrint service. By using the platform, users agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. SimplyPrint ApS is not liable for any legal consequences arising from a user's misuse or illegal use of the service.
Users must use the SimplyPrint platform in a responsible and lawful manner. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, distributing malware, spamming, unauthorized access attempts, or any action that could disrupt the service for other users. Violating this policy may result in account suspension or termination.
To access the service, the User must register an account and have an active subscription. Users are responsible for keeping their login information secure. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately to SimplyPrint ApS.

The only exception is the designated address fields in the company subscription settings, where necessary information for billing and account management purposes may be entered.

Users are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with their purchases as required by their local laws.
SimplyPrint ApS reserves the right to adjust the pricing of our subscription plans, introduce new products, or upgrade existing features. Any price changes will be communicated to users at least 14 days in advance. In most cases, users will have the opportunity to "lock in" their current price for a defined period (often up to one year) by pre-paying for an additional subscription period before the new pricing takes effect. This option will be clearly outlined in the communication about the price change.
As SimplyPrint continues to improve and expand our platform, some features may be moved between subscription plans or become separately paid add-ons. These adjustments reflect the increasing value of our product. Users will be informed of any significant feature changes in advance and will be given options to adjust their subscription if needed.
SimplyPrint ApS reserves the right to change the features or terms of any subscription plan. Significant changes will be communicated, and users may cancel if they do not agree with the updated terms.

SimplyPrint reserves the right to deny or revoke invoice payment eligibility at any time, and the qualification criteria may change without notice. All bank transfers must be made in the invoiced currency. Any international transfer fees must be covered by the customer or split with the "SHA" code. We do not accept checks/cheques or any form of physical money.
If an invoice payment is not made by the due date (typically 8 to 14 days from issuance, depending on the account's age), SimplyPrint may terminate your account without further notice. Late fees may apply for overdue invoices. Customers may request an extension for payment deadlines, but approval is at SimplyPrint's discretion.
Invoices can be paid via international bank transfers using IBAN & SWIFT. Our bank is located in Denmark, and transfers must be sent to this bank only.
By visiting and using the SimplyPrint service, you accept this disclaimer. SimplyPrint ApS disclaims responsibility for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of functions or information provided on simplyprint.io and its subpages. Users assume all risk related to the operation and usage of the SimplyPrint system, including but not limited to damages involving Raspberry Pi devices, 3D printers, and filament.
SimplyPrint ApS provides no guarantees that all functions will work as described, and usage should be closely monitored. We are not responsible for damages arising from hardware malfunctions or third-party services integrated into our platform, including but not limited to AI failure detection and monitoring features.
All SimplyPrint-related software, including any third-party services or software installed by SimplyPrint on user devices, is used and installed at the user's own risk. SimplyPrint ApS is not liable for any hardware issues or damages resulting from the use of our service.
The SimplyPrint service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. SimplyPrint ApS does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

SimplyPrint ApS shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms of Service if such failure results from circumstances beyond the company's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, government actions, or internet outages.
In the event of a force majeure occurrence, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users and resume service as soon as practicable.
Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups of any content or data uploaded to SimplyPrint. While we take measures to ensure data safety and integrity, SimplyPrint ApS cannot be held liable for data loss. Users should regularly back up important files and data, especially those related to ongoing or critical 3D printing projects.

Users should be aware that while the appearance and branding may differ, the service functionality and user data handling remain consistent with the terms outlined in this agreement.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Denmark.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting SimplyPrint ApS directly. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, the dispute shall be finally settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the Danish Institute of Arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in Denmark, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
