Built for printing a lot of labels

SimplyPrint generates a QR-code or 1D barcode label (Code-128 or Code-39) for any spool in your inventory and sends it straight to your Zebra. Each label carries the spool's brand, material, color and ID, so a quick scan later pulls that exact spool back up on screen - and you can rattle off labels for an entire shelf in one sitting.

How direct printing to a Zebra works

A small desktop client bridges the browser and the USB printer

A normal web page can't talk to a USB label printer on its own. SimplyPrint gets around that with Zebra Browser Print, a small free desktop client from Zebra for Mac and Windows. With Zebra Browser Print running, SimplyPrint in your browser hands the label straight to your Zebra over USB - so you stay in the inventory and the label just prints, with no download or import step in between.

A ZPL template editor with live preview

Precise control over every element on the label

Design your label in a built-in ZPL template editor and watch it update live as you edit. Place the QR code or barcode, brand, material, color and weight exactly where you want them, and the preview reflects your label stock so what you see is what feeds out of the printer. A printer-offset calibration (horizontal, vertical and scale) nudges the print into place, and you can save the result as a preset.

Layouts for label rolls or full sheets

Zebra label rolls, or A4 / A5 / Letter / custom pages

Print to a continuous Zebra label roll, or lay labels out across an A4, A5, Letter or custom page if you'd rather batch them onto a sheet on a regular printer. Fit as many labels as you need and keep the layout saved as a preset for the next batch.

From the spool screen, straight to the Zebra

Click send, and the label prints

Open a spool, click send to the Zebra, and a finished QR-code or barcode label feeds out ready to stick on. No PDF, no separate app to drive - the spool screen talks to the printer directly through Zebra Browser Print.

Rattle off a whole shelf of labels

Zebra is the high-volume choice

Zebra thermal printers are fast and built for volume, so they shine when you're labeling a full farm's inventory in one go. Below: QR-code spool labels printing one after another on a Zebra.

Supported Zebra models

Direct printing works with the popular Zebra desktop lineup, including the GK420D, GX420D, ZD410, ZD411, ZD420d, ZD421, ZD500t, ZD620d and ZD621. If your Zebra works with Zebra Browser Print, it works with SimplyPrint.

Flexible on label brand

Unlike DYMO, Zebra is far more relaxed about which label stock you feed it. Most standard direct-thermal labels in the right size will print fine, so you have plenty of room to choose a roll that fits your budget and your spools - the printer-offset calibration handles fine alignment whatever you load.

Plan access: what's required for Zebra printing?

Generating and customizing labels unlocks the editor; direct printing to a Zebra thermal printer is on the higher plans. The filament manager behind it all is free on every SimplyPrint plan.
