Checklist: Accessing your printer's web interface

Follow these steps to access Mainsail or Fluidd on your printer:

1. Enable WiFi or Ethernet

Make sure your printer is connected to your network.

  • WiFi is usually enabled via the screen on your printer
  • Alternatively, plug in an ethernet cable to your printer and router
2. Find your printer's IP address

You need to know where your printer is on your network.

  • The IP address usually shows on your printer's screen or in its settings
  • Can't find it? Check your router settings for connected devices
  • Or use a network scanner tool like Angry IP Scanner
3. Access Mainsail or Fluidd

Open your printer's web interface in a browser.

  • Make sure you're on the same network as your printer
  • In your browser, type the IP address: http://192.168.1.100 (example)
  • Or try: http://mainsail.local or http://fluidd.local
No Mainsail or Fluidd? If your printer has Moonraker installed standalone, you'll need SSH access to your printer. Check if your manufacturer provides SSH login credentials.

That's it! You're all set

You're now ready to connect your printer and start using SimplyPrint.
