何时选择Stratasys Fortus 450mc

Choose it for high-performance materials in a mid-size envelope. The F900 has the same kind of materials in a much larger chamber; the F370 is the office-friendly choice for standard engineering plastics.

优点

  • Prints ULTEM 1010 and 9085, Antero 800NA and 840CN03, Nylon 12CF, PC, ASA and ABS.
  • +/- 0.127 mm accuracy, with a heated build chamber.
  • OpenAM software lets you tune print parameters for a material (a separate licence).
  • Stratasys says 92 percent of Fortus 450mc printers still produce parts ten years after installation.

缺点

  • Not supported by SimplyPrint yet: support could be built on GrabCAD's SDK.
  • Runs Stratasys's closed controller with its own software, so there is no OctoPrint or Klipper route.
  • Materials beyond Stratasys's own need the separately licensed OpenAM software.
  • Needs three-phase power.
