If you delete your account, the data goes with it. ### What if my account has multiple users sharing the same printers? Accounts on the Print Farm, School or Enterprise plan can have multiple users in the same panel. If you have the **view organization-wide statistics** permission, the page defaults to the whole account and a user filter appears so you can drill into one person, a few people or every user. Users without that permission see only their own prints. ### Where do the cost numbers come from? Each print job records its cost based on filament weight times price-per-gram, plus any cost lines you've configured per-printer or per-job (electricity, labour, post-processing, machine depreciation). The **prints cost** card sums those values in the currency on your account. For more accurate quoting, configure your cost rules and per-filament price - the statistics page picks both up automatically. ### Why is the success rate different to what I expected? Success rate is **completed prints divided by all prints in the window**, including ongoing ones. Long-running prints that haven't finished yet temporarily pull the number down. Pick a window that ends yesterday for a cleaner number, or filter to just the printer you care about. ### Can I share the statistics page with someone outside my account? Not as a live link, but the CSV export (Print Farm, School and Enterprise) is the right tool for that - hand the file to your accountant, your manager or a customer.
