## When to choose the Intamsys FUNMAT PRO 310 APOLLO

Choose the APOLLO when you need PEEK-class parts with a heated chamber and dried filament, and you are buying through a quote rather than off a shelf. Intamsys quotes a chamber temperature up to 100 °C, a 450 °C hotend (our figure), two nozzles with mirror and duplicate modes, and two 3 kg dry boxes. We found no independent review of it, so its real-world results are unverified. If you only print PLA, PETG or ABS, a far cheaper enclosed printer such as a Bambu Lab P2S or similar does the job; for SimplyPrint, note that it does not connect through Klipper or OctoPrint.

### Pros

- Built for the PAEK family (PEEK, PEKK, PEEK-CF, PEEK-GF) with a chamber that holds a stable temperature up to 100 °C (Intamsys).
- Independent dual nozzles with mirror and duplicate modes, so two identical parts print at once (Intamsys).
- Two 3 kg active dry boxes up to 65 °C and RFID spool recognition come with it (Intamsys).
- Fully enclosed, and Intamsys lists 35 compatible materials, so ABS, nylon and PC are well within reach.
- Comes with Intamsys's own INTAMSUITE for central monitoring and remote control, plus data logging for quality records (Intamsys).

### Cons

- No price is published; Intamsys asks you to request a quote.
- Not a SimplyPrint-ready printer today: our catalog rates both Klipper and OctoPrint as unlikely, so queueing and remote control through SimplyPrint is not expected to work.
- A heavy industrial machine, about 80 kg and 700 x 655 x 750 mm, which needs a dedicated spot.
- No independent review found yet, and Intamsys states no camera in its listing.

### Who it suits

- Schools: Not a good fit. It is aimed at industrial polymers at very high temperatures and priced by quote, well beyond what a classroom needs, and it does not connect to SimplyPrint for approval queues.
- Hobbyists: Not a good fit. The price and the engineering-polymer focus are out of reach for hobby use, where a far cheaper enclosed printer does the same PLA, PETG and ABS work.
- Businesses: Great fit. A heated chamber, PEEK support, dry boxes and quality data logging suit companies printing functional end-use parts, though we hold no independent test results.
- Print farms: Can work. Intamsys provides its own central monitoring, but it is a single large machine rather than a fleet unit and does not connect to SimplyPrint.
