## About Comgrow

Comgrow is a brand of Shenzhen ZCSW Technology Co., Ltd., which according to Comgrow's own About page also owns Sovol. Established in 2017, it sells its own large Klipper printers (T300 and T500), filament dryers and filament, and its store also resells Sovol products and, as an authorised distributor, Creality printers. The T300 is also sold in Sovol's own store.

- Firmware and custom firmware: 3/5. The T300 and T500 run Klipper, which is open source, but we found no published firmware or configuration for them: Comgrow's GitHub organisation has no public repositories, and Sovol's Klipper fork does not name them.
- Local control and integrations: 4/5. The T300 and T500 run Klipper on a touchscreen; Sovol's T300 listing says it can be controlled remotely over Wi-Fi or printed from a USB drive. We found no Comgrow cloud service or account, but also no Comgrow documentation of its web interface or of Moonraker, so access for other software is unconfirmed.
- Third-party filament, slicers and parts: 4/5. Klipper takes G-code from any slicer, and we found no chipped spools or cartridges. Hardened nozzles are shared with Sovol printers (SV07, SV08), so parts overlap across the two brands.
- Repairs and spare parts: 3/5. Comgrow sells T300/T500 extruders, a hotend kit, nozzles, a PEI plate, the T300 screen and the T500 power supply; Sovol's store also stocks T300 parts. We found no repair guides.
- Community and documentation: 2/5. Little documentation of its own: Comgrow's site links to Sovol's wiki, which has only a store link for the T300, and we found no Comgrow forum or code.
